I wouldn't get your hopes up on a Porsche collab on the Monaco.
Oh well, guess this one will be just another Green McQueen.

TH did use a vintage 911 Targa in this Monaco video not that long ago. https://www.instagram.com/p/CL9mUugF5pb/

So they keep building up this vision of Porsche & the Monaco, but without an actual Porsche x Monaco watch. A future release perhaps? 馃槖

I think they might just be using Porsche in some marketing to justify the partnership.
It is the only car brand that they have a partnership with. So would be funny to market a new watch with anything other than a Porsche is what I'm thinking?

If TAG Heuer uses Porsche cars to advertise with their watches, it doesn鈥檛 automatically mean it鈥檚 a Porsche x TAG Heuer collab 馃槈

Yes, very true. Just like when they use F1 drivers to advertise their watches. 馃槈
I suppose Porsche is now like a quasi brand ambassador for TH. 馃檮

I think we're crediting TH with way too much joined up thinking here

I'm glad they didn't do a Silverstone in Irish Green. Would have to be BRG.

Yep. This Monaco is green for no other reason than it's the major trend this year.

(Which is fine, plenty of other brands are jumping on the green trend too)

Green really isn't my thing. But it will be interesting to see how this new one compares to the 70s Monaco 50th and the Japan Edition.

I'm actually a bit over this Green phase.
Yes it's the current trend and unfortunately it's not over yet with this Monaco.
Wait till the Carrera with Green dial hits in a couple of months.

Well we've already had three green Aquaracers and a green Formula 1.... two Monacos and an Autavia.

The dial on this one is truly exceptional. Yes, another green dial...but one of the best 馃憤
