·Let's not forget last year's Monaco Historique also had a cool vintage inspired box. But that watch was more racy, so the box suited it better IMHO.

·Yeah, that's pretty uncool. Although the racing boxes were for the Chronomatic watches, and the Carrera LEs are '60s-inspired instead

·The manuals didn’t have AUTOMATIC on them. Didn’t the chronomatic Carreras and Autavias come in these boxes? Don’t think I’ve ever read anything about which models did or didn’t have them. Would be very interesting to know.

That is because it’s not there. There is nothing on the back that mentions the total number - at least not on the one that I saw before the official release so I’m happy to be wrong if the sold ones actually had something.

·Doesn't seem that bad, I think you've got a shot. OTOH, hard to know how many out of the 500 have been allocated to the US.

·Apparently there is no inscription on the watch that indicates the limited edition of 500 pieces, in my opinion there will be more than 500 pieces of this watch, they will say ... "due to the success we will make a circulation of 500 or more pieces" .
