Well, it arrived. Could barely get it unpacked before grabbing the camera. Disclaimer, cell phone snaps...

Good first impressions - beautiful. To be honest, I would not call it a green dial but I'm not sure what to call it. The starburst effect is fantastic, mesmerizing. It's black. It's green. It's both. It's about light and angle and how you're interacting with it. Really something.

The sub dials are there, clear, usable, subtle, but allow a great amount of contrast to the hands. Captain Obvious here but much easier than the classic white dials (personally always been on the fence for the blue for that reason).

Solid but alive, bold and modest...absolutely unique and different. A novel original of a classic. That's what I really like about it so far.

Best to all, M.

It just occurred to me that this could have looked even more tip top in a PVD case. Please make this happen TAG Heuer, I might even raid my meagre savings to buy one!

Wow congrats! Looks great

How do you think it wears compared to the slimmer c11 model?

Jim...I'll be honest, I don't mind a little heft and depth on the wrist. I wouldn't wear this with a suit so I'm OK with some thickness (phrasing).

Although, now that you've mentioned it, that gives me a reason to wear both at the same time to evaluate!

I would like to publicly thank @Calibre11 ...dc, thanks for the insight, your advocacy, and your never ending support to this forum!

M.

Like a gemstone, reflective light plays with and reveals real beauty. Thanks for the pictures. Maybe not, you are adding to my want list. I don't need anymore temptations!

Very... it also made me wonder why the photos taken are not reflecting the green as much?

Congratulations!

I was told by someone at TH that the watch looks black until you catch the light, so it's not green like the Aquaracer. Probably a good thing if you ask me. Looks stunning.

I think so - it would probably be too much if bright green all the time.

I decided to try an H02 Monaco on today as was unsure about the size for me. I bloody loved it.

yes it鈥檚 a big watch - but it鈥檚 supposed to be and it鈥檚 quite flashy also. Certainly not for the feint hearted. Like nothing else I鈥檝e worn, but in a good way. The lug to lug is compact and if I鈥檓 honest it would be odd if it was 11mm thick.

I tried the bracelet version on too. Didn鈥檛 like it much. It felt much better on a strap - the alligator was very nice and supple.

Mines due on 7th May. Looking forward to it now.
