Well, if you want to know why you'll never be able to buy a Rolex from an AD, yes.
Ok... soooo nope

I find it entertaining, all these stupid asshats trying to get in their AD's good books, buying two tone watches they don't want, meanwhile the AD is merrily shipping out to grey dealers or anyone who wants to bribe their way to the top of the list...

And Rolex couldn't care less.

I think Hubert should do a YouTube channel, he could have a montage at the start where he gets out of his helicopter and strides up his immaculate mansion drive, flings upon the door and flicks opon his cabinet full of Monacos.... awesome!
Filmed on location...in Monaco

With a Bugatti in the garage of his RV, to impress those Monaco ladies when needed. So many cabinets within to display a collection of Monaco watches

Yes, the name of the channel shall be

Hubert, hotties and horology (with tons of cash)
'King Monaco?
Hey folks, I am the King of Monaco and welcome to another episode of Hubert, hotties and horology. In today's show we shall see how many Patek Philippe 5711's we can fit into this garbage disposal machine. As always, the challenge is to burn as much money as possible in 15 minutes and just have a blast. Lets go!

Out of curiosity, I just looked up the this model on the TAG Heuer AU site after reading the Robb Report's coverage and was absolutely blown away by the price. I know that prices have gone up in recent years but this model is retailing for $4,800!!!!! That's right, just shy of $5 grand... for an Aquaracer....

6 years ago, my Carrera Calibre 7 Twin Time on a bracelet cost $3,000 (from the boutique at approx 20% discount). That makes the Aquaracer 28% more than a more premium Carrera that has a second time zone complication.

Sheesh!!!

Sheesh!!!

Gone way over the top with Pricing.
But I'm sure they will sell plenty.
Go figure.

Here in the US at least, it's something like $3,300 which is just a little more than the steel model. But go and try it on - like I've been saying the new Aquaracer is a $3,000 watch through and through. The previous one wasn't - that was more like a $1000-1500 watch they decided to charge $2750 for.

Time and Tide selling this as 'the Return of the Night Diver'. Conveniently ignoring the 2018 model.... which was quartz, like the original!

I think the 2018 didn’t capture the round hour markers which is an important design element that is needed and probably this 2021 Night Diver is the rightful successor 👍

Best piece of journalism from T&T is when they say that the calibre 5 is an in-house movement 🙄
