·Wow, what a bummer of a story. I am sorry to hear and see this play out like it has. I hope they offer an amicable solution to this ongoing caper.

Thanks. Must be hard for customer services to know this goes on and still have to make the excuses to make it sound like they are a quality service and have quality products.
Whilst I know that it’s been a mistake I actually like the contrasting date dial, it makes it easier for me to see and read at a glance, more so if my glasses are absent. Ok I’ll go and serve my penance now.
At least you know the movement was changed hehe

Really poor quality control. Aligns my experience with them to be honest
Honestly Snow, I’ll keep the watch as it. It’s something “special” came from TH. This isn’t a mod. It’s really is one of one.
The value of a watch isn’t base on its mechanical qualities, it’s the little quirks and historical events that add value to your wrist bling.
You got me thinking now.
I wonder how many others think the same?
AND you have this thread here as proof your 1/1 isn’t a mod.
Keep the thing.
If TH service reaches out, I’d ask for a letter to verify that the white date wheel is fitted at TH and confirm that it’s a mistake. BOOM!
custom factory work!
