Hi guys.
Let me get your opinions on this two. Which one will you choose:
1. Longines Legendary Diver
A very attractive diver watch from the owner of oldest registrated logo. I like the idea of the rotating inner flange marker for diving. Also the shape of the hour hand.
2. Montblanc slim chronometrie
The movement used for this watch was said to be the similar to Blancpain classic. But the brand is more well known for selling writing instruments than watch. Slim. Pristine. No-date classic. The selection that can go no wrong with your suit.
Lets hear it !

Interesting. Anything special about this Vulcain that we should know of ?
Not especially. It's slightly too large for me at 42mm, but I do like the look of it. The blue dial is the special one in the collection imo, but they do silver and black as well. Vulcain is a brand with a lot of history - they invented the alarm complication (named the cricket calibre) and were worn by US presidents and explorers. Check out some online reviews for more (although most feature the alarm model).

Diver vs. dress? Doesn't work.
I'd go for the Longines. They released the exact same watch a couple of years back without the date by the way.

Let's see, where do we start.
Saving the Carrera; I am on the lookout for a 1887, in blue, or, Fuji Speedway, or, black v2. In that order.
Not all of them as it might cost me a divorce, but at least one.
Failure to do so, I will be willing to consider a titanium mutant Carrera or the recently launched blue version @43mm.
Disclaimer: I don't own a TAG yet, but I spend waaay to much time looking at them online and on this site (amazing by the way). I too really want an 1887 and have been saving up. I love the story behind the first in house movement. I went to my local authorized dealer this weekend and the last told me the 1887 was being discontinued and they would no longer sell it. I hadn't heard this. Any truth to that rumor?? Thanks
Thanks. Yeah thats what she said too. Didn't realize that. Hoping to score a CAR2110.FC6266 before they disappear from stores.
