i don't know if this been posted before. If yes, please help to delete.

I didn't realise the AR oyster clasp had the dual spring levers and 'open' clasp arms. urgh. I don't like those at all on the bracelets I've experienced, would far rather have the hidden spring-steel clip like the clasp on the older jubilees.

They seem to be around £600 to £1000 on ebay, which is a little out of my current budget unfortunately, i keep getting tempted though by the occasional auction that starts low!
Saw this today-
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TAG-Heue...750445?hash=item23dcc4f42d:g:5kcAAOSwgJdfI82J
Bad-TAG, not pre-TAG, suspect lume pip, not very much PVD on the inside (So don't look on the underside!)
Good-everything else! I think it's a nice little set for that price...with an offer facility.

I was watching a steel case F1 last week with green hands that didn't sell, thought I'd pick it up this week - just had a look, it's got 10 bids on it.

Been to try this twice, healthy discount, NOS, but just can’t convince myself, do I need it? do I really want it, will I miss a TH that’s better having spent the piggy funds. Guess I’ll look again next time I pass the dealer and if it’s sold, we’ll shit happens, was not meant to be. Should have bought one of David’s offerings when I looked.

I've tried a couple of the square B&Rs on, I liked them - but I got the nagging feeling that I would ultimately regret buying...

Martin I think I've already answered this question, probably earlier in this thread (?) BUY IT 😉

Just like Rob I am also B&R curious, I am certain that one day it will happen (probably in ceramic in mycase though)

On top of my mind, this watch reminds me of Pirates of the Carribean 😀

I quite like fun watches like that. Something a little difference from the norm and that flip the bird to convention,

it’ll be a while before I seriously contemplate picking one up I think. Those skull versions are a bit pricey!

Wife just sent me this asking if she should buy it.... she's been looking at these for years.

Answer - no, buy a bloody TAG Heuer woman!

Honestly, I’d have told her to go ahead, if the price was right, that’s a nice ladies watch. Fancied a gents constellation and negotiated the price, just couldn’t pull the trigger. No diamonds or stars on that model though.

I've crossed off the Monaco Historique and Fragment F1 from my 2020 TAG Heuer wishlist.

The 160th Carrera Silver -or- Montreal remain, but I constantly flip flop on which one I like better. Been leaning more to the Silver lately.

Adding the RedBull F1 as a potential candidate. I love the blue on this dial! It's probably a more sensible choice, given the economic conditions under the pandemic.

She done gone and bought it! After I negotiated a discount, obviously!

I think the Red Bull F1 would be an excellent choice and probably become your favorite watch 😉
