Yes, it's a manual wind Seagull. You buy them directly from Eddy Tse in Hong Kong who commissions them himself (I think he used to work for Seagull). This was $260 including delivery to the UK.

There are loads of different colour options, and Ed will also do a custom order (e.g. you can choose what colour hands you want) for no extra cost. You can also choose between sapphire or acrylic, and display back/solid back. If anyone wants his email address/contact details, let me know.
