They offered it to me, brand new, at the TAG Heuer boutique in the Bicester center in Barcelona (La Roca Village) at a very tempting price (3.350€, only one available there at the moment)... I always had it on my wishlist (I love the reverse pandas), and also with the brown leather strap... I'm really tempted! 🙄

To buy it or not to buy it, that is the question 😁

I don't particularly like the rice bracelet, what I would like is to find the black leather strap FC8246 from the Autavia Harrods and Viceroy, which will surely also fit the 'Rindt' very well 😀

For some, this Autavia is a "Rindt" watch but I was not even born when that guy was famous 60 years ago. I love that you bought it on the brown camel strap because for me this configuration is the Christian Horner watch. Whenever you look down on your wrist you should think of Christian Horner and the mighty power of the red bull 😝

So… I finally bought it! 😀

I was invited to 'The Apartment', a VIP lounge in La Roca Village (Barcelona): a very pleasant stop for coffee and pastries before heading to the TAG Heuer boutique, which could be seen from the terrace

And later…

I was 90% decided to buy it, and when I had it in my hands, then it was 100% clear 🥰

I didn’t remember that this was the first watch with the Calibre Heuer 02!

And it comes with a 5-year warranty, which was a nice surprise! 👍

It's probably more correct to call it a "Horner" rather than a "Rindt" Autavia, since this heritage remake was specifically worn by Christian. But it's fun & nostalgic to refer to them by the original nicknames. Regardless, I think it does look great on the OEM camel colored strap! 👍
