·Looks really chunky and bloated. But I like the detail using the rare 1st-execution bezel!
And they had the balls to go with the 1st gen handset as well. Although I kind of anticipate that backers will start to ask for an option to switch to Mercedes hands 🙄

·SNKL48 - these older Seiko 5’s are all discontinued and slowly creeping up in price. If you’re thinking about it, go for it. It’s surprisingly good, I will wear the heck out of it.

·These Uni-Racers are indeed cool watches (although I’m not so keen on the plexi). But having to send a watch with a Swiss movement (Do I see that right - it says “Swiss” instead of “Swiss Made” at 6h?) to the US to get it serviced would be a dealbreaker for me…

The thing that is holding me back is that they are $3395 US and it's a Selitta.

I did try a few on last week.
The only 1 I would consider was the Titanium Night Diver. But comparing the prices I much preferred the Pro.
Will post a pic once it arrives early next week.
