Watchmaker and Facer Faces vanished

Hi - when trying to work through some imessage issues, I ended up doing a disconnect and reset of my mc45 and deleted the watchmaker and facer apps (premium paid versions of both) from my iphone 8+. When I loaded everything back onto my watch and iphone, all of my saved faces for watchmaker premium and facer were gone. Furthermore, when I went into both sites on my phone, windows browser and mc45, a great deal of the Tag faces were no longer listed as available even when searching for Carrera, Calibre, Formula

continued Formula 1, Aquaracer, ect are no where to be found online. any ideas? I really cant stand the standard tag provided faces in dim mode and really loved the faces I had before the reset. any ideas? thanks
