I can’t access WatchMaker or faces. Help

I have E4 Connected. I can’t figure out how to access watchmaker faces. I’ve paid for a year premium but I get to a numbers screen and I’m just dead regards to accessing anything besides the standard tag connected… please help. I have Apple iPhone 13. It’s so disappointing not being able to access all the wonderful faces that I see in here…

I’ve done everything but I’m still not able to get this working. First there’s no calibre11 anymore so where are the face links? I don’t have a gear button when I push on my watch face that shows a cloud.. I have a e4 sport tag connected, wear os. I think I’m doing everything right. Even when I add the link to the phone a new screen doesn’t populate only a black screen

I paid for a year. So I have premium. Should I reset everything? But when I long press my screen on my tag I don’t get a gear option

Press 3 times in a row on the screen, with the watchmaker application on your watch

How do I put the watchmaker app on my tag?. It doesn’t let me access play store on my tag..

I have it on my phone, but I don’t know how to add it on my watch. Can you help me figure it out. I’m desperately struggling

Yes, of course, you must go to the play store on your watch and download the watchmaker application

When I goto the play store I only see watch faces to purchase no way to put app
