Hi,
could someone help me identify this stopwatch?
The base of the dial scale is 15 second, but I don't understand which kind of measure can do.

It counts events, perhaps heartbeats, breaths, widgets coming off a production line. Count 10 and the outer scale indicates events per minute, count 30 for the inner 220-80 and on the second revolution of the hand the inner scale 80-50.
