Thoughts on this Autavia GMT dial?

Hello,
I can normally be found on the OF, as I have been collecting Omega for years. Only recently have I caught the Heuer bug. I'm interested in the 11630 GMTs, and am trying to teach myself what to look for.

This one is available at a dealer: https://mentawatches.com/product/heuer-autavia-gmt/

The obvious things that jump out at me are a) the bottom of the dial is a bit of a mess around the date window and the minute track, and b) the subdials are a bit dirty. But what I'm not so certain about are these items:
-Is thick, wobbly lume like this normal, or a sign of reluming?
-Does the AUTAVIA text and logo look repainted or too thick? I can't tell if it is or if I'm just imagining that.

Thanks in advance!

The dial has definitely been repainted or otherwise messed with between 6-7 and the bottom of the date window. I can't tell about the dial text - the font seems right but it's definitely kinda thick; lume on these tends to go the greenish way than wobbly and yellow-brown. I can't say for sure that the entire dial has been refinished and relumed, but the 6-7 area is definitely redone and unless it's really cheap, I'd pass on this one - there are plenty of good ones out there

Thanks for the reply and your thoughts on the dial. Not to worry, I never considered buying this one; I could not live with the obvious problems at the bottom of the dial and no, it is not cheap.

Glad to get your opinion on the text and lume, I probably wouldn’t have thought twice about them if the rest of the dial was clean. I know some the lume can vary in color and thickness on some other watches from the era, but I hadn’t noticed any other Autavias that had aged like this one, but I never looked closely until recently. 😀
