£13k is still a lot for an Oyster Perpetual. Anyway, I've seen this one for sale in Watchfinder in Bluewater before. It's definitely a Marmite piece.
It certainly doesn't look as impressive here as it did in the Rolex videos when it came out, eh?

Better...
Still expensive though. I wonder how much mine would go for? I figured it would be close to RRP but the above would suggest maybe more?

Considering OPs were around £4-5k RRP depending on size.

Think the Tiffany dial, Pink dial still double RRP on the secondary market

Sold already, but they still got this which is a fair bit cheaper than the one Watchfinder have...

This too:

Stay away from a Due, for that price you can a get a base Luminor which actually can be used in water.

Very tempting, I love my avenger night mission gmt. Pvd isn’t as tough as on my TAGs thou, is showing more wear.

Breitling coating has always been shit but on many models it adds to the tough look

In person it always looks grey too, not black like TAG Heuer coating.

I quite like how it’s gently wearing, and how the scratches oxidise over time, I can see it growing patina as I wear it. Or loosing value. But let’s go with growing patina.
