·My good sir, that money was wired to Brobert who has been my dear friend for seven years (about 4 years at the time of purchase). Addresses and gifts for birthdays and Christmas had been exhanged multiple times prior to the purchase so it was far from wiring money to a random stranger and hope for the best.

·Well - when I sell, I request wire transfer, too. And as a buyer, I perfectly understand why a seller wouldn't accept PayPal...

Yep, in many cases sellers don't want to accept PayPal from someone they don't know because oftentimes if someone's using a stolen card, the credit card company takes the money back and there's no way to dispute that from the seller's side.
This group is all vetted dealers and they require reference checks before transactions. If you're interested, I can look into this seller for you?

I'm not personally into the 'stopwatch' dial Carreras but I really liked this one quite a bit when I tried it on. At nearly half price it's getting tempting!

·I am doing well with my self imposed ban for 2024 watch purchases. Half way there, as of tomorrow.
I must say though, these adverts for the Tudor FXD Cycling Edition are annoying. That thing looks super epic on a 70” screen!!!
