This is good news. Unless they could modify the H02 movement to accommodate a left-side crown (which it seems they can't), it would be hard to believe they'd eliminate the C11 movement (and the Monaco C11) in favor of only having the Monaco H02 in the line up.
My guess is that the current COVID-19 situation had a part to play in this decision. My assumption is that the Heuer-02 with left hand crown is likely just deferred.

Yes, you'd hope that over time the Calibre 11 switches to an in-house movement.

I've been wearing the new Monaco Heuer 02 the last few days and hadn't expected it to be thicker than the Calibre 11- usually an integrated movement is slimmer than base + module, but that's either not the case or TAG Heuer has decided to beef up the case for aesthetic reasons
