Tag Heuer - professional Time Keeping

Hello,

There's something I don't understang with Tag Heuer. They have made their reputation as time-keeper and time-keeping solutions maker. Today they are sill known by professionals as a famous time-keeper but Tag Heuer doesn't make any communication about it. Look at it this 90's official website made by a 14 years old teenager !!! XD 馃榾)

Ok it's not so glamourous and sexy than mecanical watches, but I think major innovations and "avant garde" spirit are made in this activity. Correct me if I wrong but I read J.Heuer is an electronic engineer and developped "Heuer electronic" activity. By the way some old electronic Heuer stopwatch are quite popular on auction marketplaces (microsplit).

What do you think about it ? 馃榾

I'm still tempted to buy a TH Supreme Pocket Pro. But then where would I wear that? Maybe when I'll start my Streetart career as King Monop II 馃榿.

I think that's the most expensive auction for a vintage Heuer stopwatch I have seen in more than 1 year 馃槈 But this set is really awesome and Montecarlo dashboard stopwatch is the model we want all.

Yes a lot in comparison but a full set of both incl mount is very rare.

No more timekeeping professional service from TAG Heuer... 馃檨 This was something historic, motorsports related, and differentiating this brand from the others

If you try to enter in the www.tagheuer-timing.com website (last time I visited it was in April 2020, and it was still running), you are now directed to the FAQ section of the standard TAG Heuer website, with this info:

I really dislike some changes made by the new TH management, probably considering short-term benefits more than brand image and prestige:
making the 2020 Gen3 Connected in China (when Swiss Made Gen2 Connected Modular was made in La Chaux-de-Fonds), and now killing the professional timekeeping services... I鈥檓 really missing J.C. Biver there!

Before they stopped it, the professional website was not updated for many years. 馃槻
I think they could make really cool professional timekeeping devices with all new (connected) technologies. Time keeping objects which can helped professional as Heuer designed stopwatches for race drivers, referees, runners, doctors, chess players, scientists, movie makers ...
Hope they prepare good surprise 馃榾

PS : the prod or preprod version of the old professional website is still online XD XD XD.
