Please correct me if I鈥檓 mistaken. During TAG Heuer鈥檚 150th Anniversary back in 2010, they released two models of watches that pay tribute to their gloried past. First is the Heuer Silverstone Calibre 11 LE on blue and brown dial with 1860 pieces each, AND second is the Heuer Monaco Vintage Calibre 11 LE on grey dial, also with 1860 pieces. 馃槈

Quite similar to this year鈥檚 160th Anniversary where TAG Heuer released the stunning Heuer Carrera Silver 160 LE with 1860 pieces and Heuer Carrera Montreal LE with 1000 pieces 馃憤

These (TAG) Heuer Re-editions don鈥檛 come as often and probably are introduced every decade or so 馃槻
I believe you are correct. That matches my recollection, back when I got my Vintage Grey about 9.5+ years ago. It was my very first Monaco (see, I'm someone who got the grey before the blue - LOL). I paid about $4400 after discount; which I thought was very expensive yet a reasonably fair price at the time, considering the 40th Anniversary McQueen retailed for $10k and was sold out.

I agree- these are very underrated and lovely. One of my favourite Monacos
Always had a soft spot for the silver and grey Monacos.

If you ever wondered what a blue Monaco with the 90's Monaco 50 strap would look like, here it is. Just as I thought, the red stitching on the strap is a little more pinkish compared to the red on the watch. But overall, not a bad look.

Let's be honest, if we say that on eBay we'd be pointing and laughing.

Indeed it does look kind of like a bad obvious fake

Like the Temporada. Had an opportunity to buy one a few years ago and past it up.
A bit of regret every time I see it, as I am a fan of those subdials. Remind me of the Red 50th Monaco.
How does it wear, as if I recall, it has a ceramic....or plastic ....or some kind of non common back to it.?
In any case, a nice out of the ordinary piece and thats what I like.
