Thanks HP!
I always secretly wanted the blue Calibre S, but couldn't justify buying the same watch with a different colour dial. This is different enough to make it reasonable I think. 馃榿

Can't help but comment; you see a lot of examples of "How many diver owners actually dive with it?"

How many owners of a Sailboat Racing timer actually race sailboats?

Just curious.

Ah yeah... but no. I've owned three Regatta chronos, still got two. Never owned a boat... certainly never raced one. I feel like a total fraud.

I always wondered exactly who buys those massive 48mm Pilot's watches with the tennis ball for a crown. I tried a Zenith one on once at Bicester Village (TAG Heuer used to stock Zenith in the corner) and it was very cool, but I would never have bought it... it was ridiculous. It wasn't like the SLR that 'measures' 47mm but includes the pushers so basically wears like a 43-44mm. It was huge. I think I have a photo.

I mean... the lugs are wider than my 7.1/2" wrist!
Wow, that was 5 years ago!

Managed to get the one watch I regretted letting go off. The Carrera Qatar edition, 50 piece LE. Released in Dec. 2021 on a pre-booking basis. A highly reflective yellow/camel/sand colour dial with full arabic numerals

my trio of Monacos...

Also, finally used my watch roll--took the Monacos to a RedBar GTG--talked a few people's ears off about the Monacos, hahaha!
