Heuer Monza 40th Anniversary by @hovisepat

How come everytime I see a photo of the Monza I think that it is the most perfect watch ever made. The front is almost as sexy as the caseback

Everytime I see a Monza I wonder why Albert is not posting at least 10 photos per week of it 😝

I try to post a few photos of repeated watches, because I think you already know them well enough... that's why the Connected Modular gives so much play, because each day can be a different combination, like a different watch. It’s also true that at work the Connected is practical as a smartwatch, and to receive mobile notifications on the screen, and that is why I wear it more than the Monza and my other “non-smart” watches on weekdays...

These pictures are not from today, but I hope you like them 😀... there will only be seven left! 😁

Every time I see the Monza I think 'It's really cool, but that strap is hideous and I wish everything that's beige on the dial was white'.

Agree about the beige but not a deal breaker for me

Straps are easily changed, but I really like the Monza strap

I did the exercise to make your “Bamfordized” Heuer Monza Calibre 17 dial for the TH Connected, and comparing it vs the original dial with beige accents... I prefer the original 👍

And about the original FC6375 black perforated leather strap, I really love it! It’s soft, really comfortable, and it’s unique and specific for this watch, with a strong personality. And mainly it’s also a faithful reproduction of the vintage Heuer Monza strap, as we can see here:
https://www.calibre11.com/vintage-heuer-monza-series-overview/

So for me, the Heuer Monza Calibre 17 CR2080.FC6375 is perfect as it is 🥰 I would not change a detail 😀

So if we take Albert's Bamfordized dial and put it on a strap that doesn't make me feel like an octogenarian... we have a dreadfully pixellated mess!
