TAG Heuer Connected watch questions

I just purchased a Tag connected watch. I understand it doesn’t have the features that an Apple Watch has, I have no need to answer my phone from my phone anyway. The two things I do want to do is have my text messages come through, even though I can’t respond to them, and also have my apple wallet show up so I can pay w my watch. Are the functions available? If not, this is basically just a watch that takes my heartbeat For reference, I purchased the sbr8 with E4. I do not use the wear os app, it is the tag connected app
