Tag Heuer Chronometer?

Hello everybody, i had this watch from near 1995, i want to know which model is but i can't find it anywhere, the only data i had is text "TAG Heuer Chronometer Officially Certified 200 meters" (i see it in the watch), but nothing else, i upload some pictures and tell me please what is the name of the model, and if it is an original, thanks!

BTW, it's fake or original?

For sure it's fake. It doesn't even appear to be made from stainless steel.
