Can the bezel turn? Or is it a design element to make it seem more identical to the Carerra?

I called TH after I placed the order online. I was told that it may ship today, but depending on their backlog it could go out tomorrow.

Which color did you get?
Only black is available online. But that is what I wanted anyways. 😁

OK that's actually a lot cooler than I was expecting, and initially I thought the bezel was a bit silly but now seeing the watch faces off real watches being used on it, I can see how it fits together. Something I reckon would be really cool is if some of the companies like Porsche that offer "Sports Chrono" packs with lap timing add ons for their cars integrated with wearables, TAG Heuer would actually be in a better position than many to make that happen.

my question: is there wifi connectivity so you don't have to have your phone with you at all times like the LG Urbane?

I'm honestly a bit disappointed, I was kinda hoping mechanical watch that featured smart elements. Being upgradable to new internals would make more sense rather than paying more for a mechanical watch, why not do it right and just get a mechanical watch in the first place and not have to worry about 13mm thickness? That would really address the non-replaceable battery that i'll eventually die out in a few years. Also, pixel density is a bit lackluster.

no heart rate monitor and the color of the screen looks very washed out, wouldn't OLED provide better color reproduction and battery life?

I went to the connected website and hit the purchase on the top but it only brought me down to the locate store button. Perhaps it's because I'm in Canada. How did you order online?
