TAG Heuer Aquaracer won’t wind

Hello, hoping someone can assist me. I have an aquaracer I bought new in 2023. Love this watch so much. Didn’t wear it for a few days and I have tried winding it and it will not wind. I have tried it several times and nothing. Am I doing something wrong?

What happens when you try to wind it? Does it start going if you move it/wear it?

Nothing at all. The second hand will not move. I have been wearing it all day and nothing. I have only had it a year and take excellent care of it. 🙁

You should probably consider sending it in for service anyway. Mechanical systems don't usually fix themselves when broken or stuck. This may only be a temporary reprieve.
