·I suppose going forward the only option is to check with an authorised dealer, they will surely still be able to do similar look ups.
As mentioned plenty of times in the authentication thread though, don't use this method for "authenticating" watches, most fakes will use a genuine serial of the same model, bringing you false comfort.

What if I traded/bought a watch from Facebook or chrono24?
Would the only way for me to know is if the guy who sold it to me gave me his tag heuer website ID and login information? 🧐
