Mmmm. Don't know if that can be done. I hate to say it, but as a last resort, you could reset the watch and start over. 🙁

2. try to look for Tag Heuer android wear faces in google , i found some threads in community boards. there are planty of apps for different watch faces maybe look for those apps aswell and search over there.
Look in the thread for watchmaker on this forum and follow the breadcrumbs I have left.

I don't own one, but that's definitely the impression I've got from reading this thread. It seems like android wear is the issue. Notably Samsung have moved away from it for their watches now.

I'm exactly the same, for a watch costing £2600, it's terrible.

It's not just the software either though (wifi not working, bluetooth connects for 1 hour max, bluetooth turns itself on/off randomly, PIN number doesn't always come on after removing watch and picking it back up, having to spend several hours trying to update it....I could go on) - the build quality is terrible as well.

I've had my faceplate fall completely off, my strap has disconnected from the module whilst on my wrist, making it fall to the ground, the top black Lug has signs of wear on it already & I have a scratch right through the "SWISS MADE" sign - it's put me right off Tag watches for life.

I may look into the possibility of returning it for a refund (3 months old), as its just a basic digital watch at the moment.

Sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing with your connected, are you using yours with android or iOS? I know there are a lot of issues at the moment with iOS which were caused from the recent update from Apple but as a post stated previously they are aware of the issues and currently working on having them fixed.

As for the build quality of your watch I would contact the connected support to discuss your options, I've had to contact them numerous times (UK) and found there service faultless. Every effort was made to rectify the issues I had with my original connected (case cracked on the first due to manufacturing issue, then the screen fell off the replacement - Tag rectified this by upgrading me to the modular 45). It's worth a shot, they may suggest sending it back to repair the damage caused by the lug disconnecting from the watch.

Whatever you decide to do, keep us posted I would certainly explore your options before writing Tag off

I’m on iOS & yes, the recent issues have made things worse, but it’s never been a “good experience”.

I’m also disappointed that the Tag iOS app hasn’t appeared yet either, I was led to believe they were moving away from android wear to a dedicated iOS Tag app around August, but that’s yet to happen either.

I have dropped them a ticket, but to be honest, the whole experience has put me off (previously had a Tag Aquaracer which was a daily for around 7 years).

I’ll detail how they respond in here & do appreciate all the help, support, guides etc in this thread, it’s been invaluable !

No, from what I hear it's never been perfect but again I think alot of that falls on apple's head. It would be good if they could open their platform a little more to allow is users to use other devices than their only offering (apple watch)

What's this you say about moving away from android wear? I didn't realise that was the case, I just assumed that it was a dedicated app that bridged most of the gap for user experience to be near on par to android?

It's a shame to lose faith in a brand you've believed in for such a long time with your aquaracer but it is extremely frustrating to invest so much money into a product that has failed you in so many areas!

I am confident that all your issues can be addressed by the connected team.

Good luck

I don't think there is a dedicated iOS Tag due anytime soon, I've copied this reply I had from Tag last week (see my earlier post)
We do not have a release date at this moment for the iOS companion application. Please note the application is designed to run alongside Android Wear and is not a replacement app.

Hi, I’m new to this forum and have had my Tag Connected for a few weeks now. My experience so far is not good and I would love to hear from anyone out there who can make this watch last a day satisfactorily. It kinda goes against the grain for me because I collect mechanical watches but the convenience and novelty features impressed me. Sadly that was the end as far as impressing me goes. I am using the watch with IOS but have overcome pretty much all of the limitations that that involves. I have spent a considerable amount of time learning what the watch can do and it is very capable. BATTERY PERFORMANCE however is tragic. I have imported a couple of watch faces through watchmaker and modified then so that the On Pixel Ratio is very low typically 10% when awake and less than 1% when dim. I still cannot make it through a day without the watch dying. The Tag faces use so much power they kill the watch before lunchtime! I do not use position tracking nor do I use any activity stuff. I have reset the watch and the only app installed is watchmaker. My watch is so hopeless with battery stamina that I just leave it at home. It’s no good out for the day when it dies so quickly. As an aside I also put the display to sleep for periods to try to help extend the battery life but I’ve never made it through the day yet! Is this normal, anybody having better luck with this thing?

Welcome.

Have you performed battery calibration? If not you should. It involves discharging til empty for a few consecutive cycles, so that the computer can properly gauge the consumption.

That said, some of our fellow members have reported that with the latest update they have improved battery numbers. You can view their experience on this thread.

Am I missing something? How do you get the colored details on the interactive theme watch face?
Just like the picture on the 1st post in this forum.

Well my watch is currently useless working with 2.9 on iOS, and watch is build NWD1.170824.001

It will not pair with android wear at all......have written to Customer Services but do not hold out much hope right now!

The new update seems to be working better for me connectivity wise, but I’ve also just got a new iPhone 8+, so its not connecting to the same phone.

I’m sending mine back to Tag to address the hardware issues though of the front falling off, the strap disconnecting (ironically happened again yesterday for the 2nd time, Watch fell to floor yet again) & the scratches on the lugs.

Ok... had my TAG now for a few months... question... setup e-mail and added messages app for sms, WhatsApp etc.

When I get an e-mail I get 2 notifications one from the mail app but I can't work out what is producing the 2nd notification... the mail app notification always come 2nd.

I also get 2 different notifications for Facebook messenger messages and WhatsApp messages.... I just can't work out why!!! It's driving me crazy....

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge with my watch and using the various wear apps....

Helped would appreciated.
