I was under the impression that Rolex were a bit better with looking after older watches than others (eg TAG).
Yes - I'm in the UK.
I would think you're fine sending it in to Rolex too. Will probably be a bit more expensive, though.

My gf works in a rather large, well-known department store on Oxford Street, I believe she can get some pretty good staff discounts on stuff. 馃槈

Correct. As long as you鈥檙e clear with what you want done and what you want left as, ie polishing etc.

Tissot PRX automatic coming in June, RSP 650 euro.
Waffle dial, applied date window frame
Same 40mm diameter as quartz and from the profile pictures it seems they apparently managed to squeeze in the ETA 2824-2 in the same thin case as the quartz. Bezel might be a mm thicker, not sure. Reduced to 3 Hz but with 80 hours power reserve.

Not at all bad. Will have to check out how this one wears, but the lug to lug looks very reasonable.

I prefer the Maurice Lacroix Aikon Automatic 39mm:

More pricey though. Yes given the chance ML is the better deal. I like the diver one.

Just discovered O&W
Like their offering and reasonably priced.

I like everything about this except for the lug to lug distance. The skin diver is my favorite type and these guys have some designs with a lot of interest going on their dials and bezels. They have some cool chrono designs I hope they reissue

Yeah those lugs mean business. Nice case design and finishing though.

Do I have a problem if the first thing I do is zoom in on the watch?
