service as almost as the cost of the watch itself
Yup thats the dilemma with cheap mechanicals. I guess the idea is to put them in the trash and buy new ones when they run out

New LE from Breitling, the Top Time "Deus" edition. I rather like it.

Love it...I prefer this to the Dato.
I've been battling with myself to get the LE Top Time for months now.
Thus may tip me over the edge.

I bet you do Michael, I bet you do
As you've already succumbed to Heuer vintage re-editions, you should make the jump to Breitling's as well. Just let go of the Kern hate buddy. 😉

I think I'd choose this one over the Zorro Top Time, but I like that one too.

Lets not get into this again. We shall agree to disagree 😀

I like both the Breitling and Longines - those and a BB58 would make a nice retro 10k 3 watch collection

Otto has a good point keep reminding us about Longines, they do so much good stuff. Very tempting to get one. I still have sweet dreams about the time I tried on the heritage 1945. Winding that movement was one of the sexiest experiences I've ever had. Like IWC winding action for less than half the price.

It's a nice watch, the dark colour is a bit hard I think, a lighter blue/grey would have suited nicely. I love the Deus universe but I don't see the link between Deus and Breitling. These two brands are very far apart in my opinion.

Idk, not that different TAG Heuer's collaborations with Fujiwara (or Alec Monopoly) if you ask me.

IWC selling their 3705 tribute exclusively online. 1000 pieces at roughly 12700 euro = 12.7 million from factory to consumer. I'm estimating a net profit of more than 10 million. ADs worlwide must be thrilled 😗

Been drooling over that one all day. Such a perfect design and size, this morning I was seriously considering if I could stretch my budget and get one but then Charlie ruined my day when he wrote the price... If it would have been priced around 7000 I would've gotten one but now it will remain a dream.

Unbelievable that 1000 pieces sold out so fast at this price point but IWC must feel good about it of course..........

I didnt expect that. I thought it was overpriced. Must have been a Champagne lunch in Schaffhausen (and in Bellevue).

Is it, that would mean 222 sold out online and the register and pre-order option opened and closed today as well?
