Honestly, I didn't even notice it was on mesh. The watch itself is just soooo good. Mesh is just a sexy mega bonus, thanks for pointing it out

Won't be buying, but I quite like the Watchgecko x Christopher Ward Aquitane which has just been released. Thoughts? I'm not a big fan of sapphire bezels but I do like the dial on this one, and case/hand finishing looks pretty good for the money.

That looks quite nice, I think the colorways are a good match. No date, bakelite-style bezel, nice little dash of red on the seconds hand and the crown.
What's the specs and the price?

It's a sapphire bezel I think. From memory, 41mm case and about £1000 GBP on bracelet, slightly less on strap.

The pip and triangle marker are replaced by "60" in honor of 60 years of Bond. The 60 lume is a different color, so it serves the same purpose.

You don't need a lume pip if everything is lume filled. I like the symmetry. Def a very nice watch but the price is pretty outrageous, although it's still lower than a sub. Omega crawling upwards. Since this is non limited perhaps resale value will be lower and things might get interesting.

Yeah I was going to ask that.... still looks weird to me. But it makes more sense that it's lumed in a different colour.

It ain’t bad. Been a Baltic fan from the start, owned a first batch Aquascaphe. However I do feel loads of enthusiasts are supporting them as youngsters, encouraging them. If any top tier brand would have released this the reactions wouldn’t have been so unanimously positive. It’s very very newman inspired. The case is nice, similar to aquascaphe. It’s slim, no rotor. But it also looks a bit sloppy. the Ed White speedy bracelet is a mismatch for me. The end links design also doesn’t work for me. Hands, markers? Something about the dial looks off. It’s combining cues of the newman, UG tri compax and Speedie but has none of their perfection. 2k is a lot for this watch.

Fair point about the bracelet, I'm not a fan of that. I like the design of the cream dial, less keen on the black. I can see that it's a bit derivative. My main problem with Baltic is the case finishing isn't good enough. Particularly when thinking about the cost of this one.

I’m with you: the bracelet is a hot mess of a choice and the endlink “integration” even tops this… Moreover, the hodgepodge of design references makes the end product look pretty generic (IMHO). It’s not extraordinary value for money either (for a micro).

TBH: I was a bit shocked when this one sold out rapidly

So I took a photo of my BB58 for an article I'm writing for Rob, and whilst editing in Photoshop thought I'd have a bit of fun (it was kind of an accident). Which of these dial colours do you think Tudor should make? I like them all, but the teal, green and most of all red are my favourites. Would I seel the blue for them? No, but I think the red might tempt me to buy a second.
