·Wish they were chronometer-rated like the ones from a few years ago. I wonder what goes into the rationale not to make all of them chronometers, although presumably it's about cost. I believe the CV5110 and CV5111 were the only ones from this line that are chronometers, that I could find, anyway.

·Thanks. I was told by a dealer in the UK that the color is the same as the JH80. That is why I am looking for confirmation, because if it's the same, then the purchase is difficult to justify, since I have the original already.

The difference is more obvious when put side by side as opposed to looking to individual photos.
I'm sure from a distance, you wouldn't know the difference 😀

·I'd want to see real photos side-by-side...impossible to tell from digital images whether they're the same or not. Some of the photos I've taken of the Jack Heuer 80 look to have a "whiter" silver too.
I'd expect that it is a little lighter...but as @elbeik says, maybe not enough that you'd notice from a distance

·Are these in the same case as the Cal. 17 Chronometres from a couple years ago? Would love to see a height comparison with, say, the 1964 Reedition as the 17s were super tall and nasty. I could not get it off my wrist fast enough when I tried it on

·Yes, same case..quite a lot bigger in every dimension than the Re-edition (36mm vs. 41mm- plus the thickness)
41mm I could live with, the diameter was fine as were the aesthetics. But looking at it from the side, and on my wrist - it turned a lithe, gorgeous, all-time-classic case design into an overstuffed monstrosity.
