Some elements here that I like- Telemeter 39mm case, simple layout and a beautiful blue dial. I still can't work out the choice of light blue font on the 9 o'clock sub-dial, which is hard to see.

I reckon this one would have looked better with two white sub-dials?
That is also one of my criticisms. Bright white subdials would have been perfect. No need for faux antique white.

Definitely better than the previous iteration. In the first reveal, there was a white font that was impossible to see in the white sector.

I'm still on the fence on this one. I think if I'd never seen the Skipper, I'd be a fan...but because I have, it's hard to avoid the conclusion that Revolution just did a couple of modifications from the Skipper to capitalise on that watch's success.

The Skipper is a far better and more harmonious design, but this is still an attractive watch in it's own right.

It’s a nice watch, although not nearly as nice as the Hodinkee skipper. The Calibre18 case is perfect but I haven’t seen the perfect ‘Carrera’ dial to match it yet. The calibre18 is just a bit off in terms of faux patina dial and subdials slightly big. The skipper and this LE carrera are better proportioned. The 39mm case with classic 2447 colours, well...

That matte blue dial again.... in photos it's just so weird. I doubt I'll ever see one in person but I'm pretty curious about how it actually looks

Nice one bro! Is it delivered on a nato?

Came with 3 straps - 1 of which is a Nato, though not the one I'm currently having on.
