Looks like the second iteration of the Heuer 844 Monnin, distinguished by the "Mercedes" hands (vs. Cathedral hands on the 1st iteration). Except your dial has that script wording on the bottom at 6 o'clock that I can't read because the minute hand is blocking it. Does it say "Quarty"?

Most likely a standard 844 dial but with that custom script. Perhaps done for a specific company as gifts to employees etc.

Here's more info on the 844 Monnin, which includes links to other sources. Except note that Calibre11.com is no more.

My recommendation is www.tag1000diver.com, Justin is an expert with these vintage divers and pretty reasonable.

My assumption is that the dial was outsourced, which is common back then since Heuer did not have much in-house capacity. Heuer sourced a "blank" 844 dial and stamped Heuer logo in-house. I assume this because I have seen numerous "844" watches from all different brands and manufacturers and some had cursive Quartz on its dial just like yours.
