Yuup. But its a good point from @YY77 of what kind of idiot assembled your watch
Sounds different when I wind it. But the chronograph feels the same.
What ever procedure they’re using it doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for 2 years as I can see

My Monaco has been returned from another inspection.
The small seconds no longer jumps when chronograph is reset.
The rotor is back to original calibre 11 one.
But……

Yes...
The minute hand jumps when chronograph is started and when it’s reset.
Seems to be a lot of play when setting the time too. Can turn the crown almost a quarter turn before the minute hand moves.

That's exactly what happened with my Grand Carrera. But I was told (and it was confirmed by TAG) that it is a quick of the movement. Does the minute hand stay still until the time catches up or is it throwing the time off?

It stands still until movement catches up. Lots of play.
My other two movements didn’t do it. The original and the replacement one with the wrong rotor
A quirk of the movement on a £6100 watch. That’s a poor excuse if they say that about this

If you haven't had it on others then presumably it's not a quirk of the movement, then again you wouldn't think that of a Grand Carrera either, would you? 🙄

I wouldn’t think that no. Wasn’t implying my watch is better than yours
Think the calibre 17 is the same selita as the calibre 11 .
give them some grief

Haha, no... I didn't think that. Watchfinder told me. I didn't believe them. I asked someone at TAG and they contacted the 'technical' dept, who confirmed what WF said. So I couldn't really argue any more... I am not technical anyway, but if TAG themselves say it is how it is then what can you do?

If only LVMH would acquire Sellita. Then the C11 would suddenly be in-house and using watch collector logic, the movements would now be brilliant and superior to a third party movement.

Yes, it's so dumb that they haven't done this already... 😒

Just enjoy it I suppose.
