Monaco calibre 11 reissue second hand jumps on sub dial

Hi there, just bought this lovely Monaco and had to jump through hoops to get it.
Just found out that when the chronometer is reset between 35 - 45 seconds mark the running seconds hand on the right hand sub dial jumps forward 1-3 seconds stops then carries on.
Has anyone else encountered this?
Kind regards
Jon

Can’t seem to get a video on the post.
But if you can imagine that I press the bottom pusher to rest the long red hand.
The little hand in the right sub dial jumps forward a little. Only a few seconds but noticeable

Thanks guys. Had so much trouble with mappin & Webb
Sending me a shop soiled watch with wrong paperwork and box first.
Then sending me the exact one back after returning it.
Now this.
Oh the watch I paid for to begin with ( a autavia heritage cbe2110) they sold after a month waiting for it.

I dont follow your story 100% but who are these "they" that sold you this Monaco? Sounds like a place the world should be warned about

Mappin & Webb appear to be selling new watches from a variety of brands but on your first photo I'm seeing strange things. Could be due to the quality of the photo. Could you send a clear head-on shot of the dial?

Mappin & Webb online.
I’m under the impression they have 2nd rate goods at head office and grind sales out of unsuspecting customers. Brand new I bought it

And twappin said it would come with the Steve McQueen box but it didn’t. this is an ongoing issue that I am being compensated for with any luck

Your photos are not that sharp I'm afraid. It might be better to take them from a bit further so they are sharp, and in clear light. The hour markers at 2 and 10 trouble me. As does the print in the 3 o clock subdial. Don't want to alarm you and it's probably fine but I'm suspicious when a brand new watch operates like that and there are so many copies out there. Did they activate the waranty for you?

Mappin and Webb are a large AD. The watch is presumably under warranty. They should be making things right.

I would send it back for a refund. They don't appear cheaper anyway. Better take your business to trustworthy party.
