That is amazing, I had no idea funko makes F1 cars
Yes, they also make Max and Checo鈥檚 cars. They are from the Funko 'Pop Rides' collection 馃憤
Dude, why would anyone buy the Merc when Red Bull is available 馃槤

Any car enthusiast who has more affection for the car brand that -in 1886- invented the automobile than for an energy drink brand 馃槈
I love cars not energy drinks! And I can't drive a can of Red Bull! 馃槣

It's common among car enthusiasts to collect diecast model cars, I have way too many to mention...
But do any of you enjoy building plastic or resin model kits?
I do. It's a hobby that started when I was a kid, but I continue to enjoy as an adult. This is my latest work, built during the pandemic lockdown. It's the 1/24th scale Mustang GT4 by Tamiya, which I painted to match the livery of my own Shelby GT350.
Another kit from several yeas ago is this 1/24th Porsche GT3R by Fujimi. I was going to paint it metallic black to match my own car, however that seemed a little boring. So I used the Racing Livery that was supplied with the kit. Those decals were a real challenge to work with! But I think it turned out pretty good.
The actual race car.
If there are others who are into this hobby, please post! 馃榾
Formula 1 1/20th scale model kits that I made well over 3 decades ago, from around 1987-1992. Back in the day, these kits used to come with the Tabacco sponsorship decals as standard. Now days you have to go aftermarket to get them.
I still have several McLaren kits from that era unbuilt in storage. Somehow when Senna died, I lost my motivation to make them. 馃檨 But as this year marks the 30th Anniversary of Ayrton's passing, I think it's time to get them done. 馃榾
R RsfThe driver is a nice touch, is it part of the kit or a third party addition?

Finally got around to building one, Senna's McLaren MP4/4 in 1/20th scale, and also an old figure I had stored away that I hand painted to match.
I first built this same model kit back in '88 when it was first released. It actually came out before the championship was decided, so I decided to build it as #11 Prost, since I had just finished making Senna's '87 Camel Lotus 99T. A few years later, I bought another McLaren MP4/4 kit, intending to build the #12 sister car. But as mentioned before, when Senna died, I lost my will to make these. The two cars are 36 years apart in age.
One down, two more to go...
