Yup sir @Albert-AMG 😀 CMR. Not quite the premium brand in terms of diecast/resin details but what I like about it is they have a variety for the livery of the historical 917K Porsche 👍

I’m also keeping an AutoArt Gulf 917K by SMQ (#20) as part of the TAG Heuer motorsports collection 😉

The #23 Shell Salzburg Porsche 917K has such an important and significant impact in Porsche’s laurel-ladened motorsport history, that they made a 1:1 Living Legend Concept in the museum and a digital one in Gran Turismo🥰

Lego is going to launch next 1st of March a Mercedes-AMG set with two cars: the 2021 W12 F1 car (winner of the 8th consecutive constructor’s Title for Mercedes), and the hypercar Mercedes-AMG One 😀 ::psy::

This classic Sauber Mercedes C11 1/10th scale R/C car is being re-released this year by Tamiya as well.

Yes and I wished they also made one for Red Bull Honda 👍
The great thing about Lego is you can always make your own. 😉

When I was a kid, I had no predesigned Lego kits with instructions. Everything I made was just using bricks and my own imagination. I actually enjoyed doing that more compared to following instructions.

I agree. Everything I made with Lego as a kid was my own invention, that was kind of the whole point. The fact I never had the right number of bricks for what I wanted to make and was constrained was also part of the challenge I guess. This is maybe why kids prefer Minecraft to Lego these days perhaps. Their imaginations are not limited by having to follow pre-set instructions.

That is a very good point

As amazing as these Lego kits are, I'm even more impressed by the people who can reimagine their own designs from scratch.

For example, the standard 1967 Mustang Lego kit was used to create this modern 2020 Mustang Shelby GT500, no extra parts needed. The builder is someone called Firas Abu-Jaber, the guy is talented!

This same Mustang kit was also made into these other vehicles too. Incredible!
