·Whatever it is, it looks like non-original hands and dial. Was it a Heuer to begin with? I'm not sure - there are elements such as the case that look like it could have emanated from some sort of 1970s Heuer operation, but there was a lot of sharing of parts going on around then. I'm sure that's not a factory logo on the dial and has been repainted.
