·Aha, I thought they were a bottled water company competing against Red Bull, every day is a school day.
That would make more sense... but then a lot of sponsors don't make much sense - who are they supposed to be aiming at?

·A bit like Ineos, own the local oil refinery, not a product you need to push, maybe he just likes F1 and cycling. Although I be happy if he was interested in rugby and the name on the local team’s shirt, or naming rights for our new stadium.

·Nope McLaren orange, known as Papaya Orange, has been their colour since the early Bruce McLaren days.
Gulf livery will therefore be great to compliment McLaren’s natural color 😉

·Just curious, what happened to Gulf Oil? I know they still have petrol/gas stations in some areas presently but probably just for brand / name use. They use to be a dominant player before but lost its way. Unlike Shell, Chevron or Total who continues to have a long history, especially Shell with Ferrari.
