Don't buy it, someone has botched the dial and hands.

Guys, sorry if I've missed this somewhere else but any ideas why can't report counterfeit / fraudulent Ebay items anymore? The options seem to have changed...not just me hopefully?

Interesting thanks. It seems to vary depending on the item-maybe the catagory perhaps.
