I can’t pair my Connected E2 Modular 45 with the TAG Heuer golf app

Hi, I’m new with the connected 45, I download the tag golf app on my iphone 12 and it works, I did the same on my watch, once I tried to do the pairing, the watch gave me a series of numbers but the golf app never showed me where to write those numbers, at the end there is no golf app in my watch.
Does anyone knows what I have to do to solve this issue?

Do you have Google account?
I Don't have an IPhone - Samsung user.
Modular 45mm is very good choice buy not going very well with Alple . Many users of IPhone was complaining about connectivity and other things but that was long time ago. Might you need check latest Connected system updates or repair a watch.
