Have covered this in multiple threads recently - you want FC5049 clasp with FC6353 strap - this is setup from the Cal 18 Telemeter (or FC6350 if you prefer a blue stitch akin to what came with the Hodinkee Skipper). The FC5049 clasp takes a 3mm thick strap whereas the FC5042 which came with the 160th only accomodates 2mm straps - it can take the thicker rally strap at a push, but it's not as well made anyway, so if you can afford it, get the proper clasp. Approx. £200 for strap and clasp from a Tag boutique.

Thanks, thats good to know.

Does anyone know if there is a original TAG Heuer-bracelet that fits the Ice King/Montreal?

Pretty sure there isn't but very happy to be proved wrong.

No official bracelet from TAG Heuer as far as I know. A while back in another thread DC shared an IG comment from Guy Berryman that TAG Heuer were making him a bracelet for his. If it's true it might be a one off or might come into circulation at one point.
Then there are the Forstner bracelets that match the glassbox Carreras. @thingziliketoo has been experimenting with those and they look great, BoRs and flatlink. The flatlink fits perfectly on both my 39mm Carrera CV and my 39mm Carrera calibre 5. I therefore conclude the original bracelet of my calibre 5 must fit the glassbox. It's a TAG Heuer branded bracelet, not Heuer though.

Please let me us know if you’re able to fit the Carrera Calibre 5 bracelet. I tried the bracelet from my CV2113 and the holes would not line up. The thing I found on the flatlink is that it fits nice and snug on my glass box Carrera but has a bit of play at the end where it meets the case on the other. That may be why the factory one doesn’t work for me because the end link is just a bit longer spaced from bar end to case end. If that makes sense

If you don't mind my saying; I don't think you should. If that pic in your avatar is your watch, I believe you've got the perfect watch/strap combo already.

Yes, it’s my watch. I love the combo I have today, I’m just curious how it would look on a bracelet! 😁

I agree...I saw it on Instagram the other day and thought the same thing 👍

For me a big part of the fun of watch collecting is changing bracelets and straps. I’ll wear the CV2114 on 3 different bracelets, leathers and natos. You rediscover your watch in a way.

Your question got me curious about this again. I had an Uncle Seiko bracelet to fit and wanted to also post a shot of the factory bracelet from a CV211* watch. The end link of the U.S. needed to be tweaked to fit. It’s not perfect but if you’re into the look it’s an inexpensive alternative.
The factory bracelet does not line up with the newer lugs. It appears that the end links will need to be drilled a bit more to line up. It’s close. My opinion the 160th looks best on a good strap...all sorts.
It’s too much steel on a bracelet, it just washes everything out.

You’ll get no argument from me on the general premise of this point. I imagine it’s what led Nergard to change his strap in the first place. But I do want to give credit to the fact that IMHO, he’s landed the rare watch/strap combo that falls into the category of “don’t mess with perfection.”

Agree with this. This watch was meant to be worn on a nice rally strap. I have tried fitting bracelets to watches that didn't come with them before. I always ended up disappointed, either with the quality or poorly-fitting end links.

I agree it’s a lot of silver. I hope one of my BoRs fits the Dato though. I think that would be a killer combo.

You could also try this Uncle Seiko beads of rice bracelet (intended for the Speedmaster FOIS, but the end links can probably be made to fit the Glassbox Carrera case)

The Uncle Seiko BOR can be fitted, I have a few pics on here and my Instagram for reference

So the US fits but not the Dan Henry?

Stupid question maybe but is there not a risk that third party bracelets scratch the watch case if the end links dont fit 100%?

The Dan Henry will fit the older CV211# models, Uncle Seiko has hollow end links that can be re-bent to fit the newer reissues. Forstner flat link solid end link fit my 160th snug. The difference in the shape of the end link could bother one with OCD, I am ok with it and find the Forstner the most satisfying on wrist.
