·This is my photoshop of the panda edition that I would bet will be part of the 60th Anniversary of the Carrera collection.
Thought I'd have a go at mocking up the next two versions of this watch I think should be made. I then discovered I wasn't as good at Photoshop as I thought I was, but nonetheless have come up with something. Obviously the lume colour isn't quite right on either but you get the general idea.

Oh my the watch looks insanely hot in that video
The actual on-wrist experience is 100% the same. Some watches (NTTD Seamaster 😗) don't live up to their marketing images, but this one does - even if you can't see the chapter ring, the dial gets all your attention anyway!

··TAG Heuer Forums ModeratorWhen I see this watch, all I see is the dial. Chapter ring and glassbox is non issue for me. The poster of that video feels the domed crystal is actually a highlight.

The original Carrera dials are large and prominent; with the indistinguishable sharp lugs.
On the new editions, the dials are diminished by the glassbox, and the case has been softened, with lugs that are shortened compared to the rest of the case.
As I've pointed out before, a few minor tweaks in the re-editions, would make them worthy. Much welcomed progress was made this year, but they are not quite there yet!

·Yes I understand your point, the watch would certainly look better if it had a plexi crystal. But for me, the dial is so pretty that the glassbox distortion is a minor nit. If I never visited this forum and had simply purchased the watch, I'm sure I would be in ignorant bliss.
Yes the Heuer Carrera Silver 160 is a bliss 🥰🥰🥰 Love the clean & clear silver starburst dial!

I think it's a lot less noticible with the silver than with the Montreal, the colours look like a distorted mess, the distorted silver still looks like silver
