You probably need a case back knife such as the Bergeon 4932:

·I think it opens up by pushing it off the glass after removing the screws, but I'm looking for confirmation because I'm afraid of breaking the glass

·From what i understand, after you remove the 4 screws, you should be able to remove the whole front-dial, bezel etc (or drop it out by turning it upside down.) No tools needed.....
