Fantastic find!!

This one is from the mid-1930s. The earlier ones had a monopusher (the chronograph pusher being incorporated into the crown), but yours has a single pusher for start / stop / reset. This one is circa 1935, and everything appears to be correct.

Dial looks amazing. A service and simple clean-up should do wonders for this watch. Very nice.

So, leave it as is? Or repaint the hands might be in the plans? Then there's the hour numbers too. Tough call as it would be just fine as it is.
