Dial Variations on Tag Heuer 2000

Just got this one yesterday.
Have never seen so patinated a dial on a quartz watch before 😀
Now I see, that the indexes are sorrounded by steel.
I had a similar one also from 1993 but without steel indexes.

Does anyone now about the variations on this model. Calibre11 itself does not cover that.

There are so many big and small variations Tag Heuer made in complete ranges let alone specific models that it would be hard to know.

Heuer/Tag Heuer kept non-existent records, so I think you will never know.

The only option is to go through the catalogues in the Calibre11 knowledge centre and track the watch through the years and see if you spot changes.

Agree- I don't recall having seen one with the steel borders

I think this is the only variant and also the dial is steel.
