Hands are also consistent with a 2ex.

The movement is a Cal 11-i, which isn't necessarily wrong for a 2ex. So I would say the only thing that doesn't 'belong' is the tachy ring.
However - plenty of examples with this tachy ring suggest that Heuer was mixing and matching parts as executions transitioned. Things weren't terribly exact in the manufacturing process back then, and especially as the Quartz Crisis hit things got sloppier in terms of parts batches.

It's also easier to find a later tachy ring - I'd bet there's at least a couple people with earlier-execution 1153s with later tachys who would jump at the chance to trade you.
