I've slowly been working my way through the old posts at Calibre 11 and updating the images with high res files...it's also been a good excuse to update a couple of old posts that I never got around to finishing.

Here is one on buying a 1133B Steve McQueen Monaco: http://www.calibre11.com/original-heuer-monaco-1133b-blue-mcqueen/

And this one on a Silver dial Autavia: http://www.calibre11.com/vintage-heuer-autavia-11630t-silver/

And finally, this post on the Heuer Calculator: http://www.calibre11.com/heuer-calculator-calibre-12/

Some of these are now 7 years old, and aren't really what I would post today...but they do have some cool photos and hopefully you'll find them interesting!

Saw the Monaco post soon after you published it. Nice work, as always. Very handy tips. On to others. 馃榾

These were three watches that I owned...miss them!
No doubt! I would assume the degree also matches the order. In all honesty, I don't know how I would been able to say good bye to the Monaco and the Autavia, if I had been in your position.

Funnily enough, I never enjoyed the Autavia as much as I thought I would. The Monaco yes, for sure.

If I had to buy one of these today it would be the Calculator, because it's not too hard to find a really nice one for USD5k, whereas you're probably looking at 3x that for a Monaco in similar condition
