I feel like this might actually be nice, but the render makes it look pretty bad...

Anyone know if the bracelet on the ‘panda’ Glassbox would fit the much more forum favourite panda & ice king Carreras?

No. Ice King is 19mm.
This new Bracelet will only fit the Reverse Panda, Blue Carrera and Skipper.

I'm curious if that'd change if the copper dial was considered separately from the diamond / mother of pearl yawn-fests.

Am I alone in thinking that one actually seems good for what it is or is it the Church of Silver Dial Anti-Christ?
I scored the copper dial two-toner a solid 8. A wonderful and beautiful piece. Only thing dragging it down a bit is the lazy date and small size. It is without a doubt my fav release from watchaz n' wandaz 2024

Boo.

Guess if I ever look to go back to the Carrera I’ll hunt for the WoS Ltd Ed panda, for me still the best modern version.

Umm, isn't that the one you bought and took back?

yeah swapped for the Monaco. I was just saying if I were to either get another Carrera that would be the one. Personally don’t feel anything released since comes close to that one.

But I’m probably not going to be getting a Carrera anytime soon (just speaking aloud some thought processes).

To be honest nothing entices me that much I. The current TH line up for me to spend my money.

I’ll probably end up picking a Aquaracer WAN2110 as a cheap auto

Aquaracer for the win.

ha indeed.

I even think the new Bremont SuperMarine release is pretty much a copy & I know which one I’d rather have.

Bremont seems to be in a difficult spot — they need to remake the catalog / revive the brand, but where are the opportunities in the current market? Sometimes feels like all the good designs have been done.

A genuine question, what's this on the 9 o'clock? It's not a crown, screw or a button. Seems like the shock absorber - like the ones on Monaco 36. It's important enough to have a protector on it. Any clue?

Which you would know if you had watched the Time & Tide video.

Or possibly if you had read Jeff's blogpost.

Though I can't be sure about that as I haven't read it.

Is there another watch that you can buy for say £6000 that you can also buy a £120,000 version of? I know it's not the same case, but to a casual observer it's a slightly bigger Monaco...
