Same. Im quite happy to pay £900 for a plastic quartz f1, reasonably faithful to the original, but scaled to 38-42mm. Until I saw the logo.

Apparently Ronnie Fieg, the founder of Kith is a fan of the OG F1s. Posted an interview shot with Hodinkee on 18 April on his IG. Clearly prepping for the media release for the upcoming model

Plastic bezel yes, but that's how it should be IMO for a F1 reissue.

Interesting. From what I saw, several did appear to have plastic cases, unless they're DLC coated in very bright colors.
